Spiced Rum / Bourbon Spiced Peach Cocktail

How To Make


  • 1 oz Small Batch Bourbon
  • 1 oz Spiced Rum
  • 1.5 oz Ripe Prima® Peach Puree
  • 0.5 oz Lemon
  • 0.5 oz Golden Falernum
  • 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup


  • 3 oz Lemon
  • 2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 oz Peach Liqueur
  • 3 Egg Whites


  1. Combine foam ingredients in a protein shaker and shake for 10 seconds to incorporate. Pour into an ISI canister and double charge with N2O chargers.
  2. Combine cocktail ingredients in a shaking tin. Fill your small tin with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Fine strain into a Double Rocks glass filled with fresh pebble ice. Garnish by topping the cocktail with the foam and some grated nutmeg.
