Spiced Rum / Bourbon Spiced Peach Cocktail |
How To Make
Ingredients
- 1 oz Small Batch Bourbon
- 1 oz Spiced Rum
- 1.5 oz Ripe Prima® Peach Puree
- 0.5 oz Lemon
- 0.5 oz Golden Falernum
- 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
Foam
- 3 oz Lemon
- 2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 oz Peach Liqueur
- 3 Egg Whites
Directions
- Combine foam ingredients in a protein shaker and shake for 10 seconds to incorporate. Pour into an ISI canister and double charge with N2O chargers.
- Combine cocktail ingredients in a shaking tin. Fill your small tin with ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Fine strain into a Double Rocks glass filled with fresh pebble ice. Garnish by topping the cocktail with the foam and some grated nutmeg.
