Ingredients
- 1½ cups All-purpose flour
- ½ tsp. Baking soda
- 2 tsp. Baking powder
- ¾ tsp. Salt
- 2 tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg
- ¾ cup Buttermilk or milk soured with about 1tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. Canola Oil
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Prima® peaches, pureed
- 3 Prima® peaches, sliced for topping
- Whipped cream for topping
- Maple syrup for topping
Directions
- Sift and stir together dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add egg, buttermilk and oil to dry ingredients, stirring until moistened.
- Wash, slice and puree peaches, including peelings. Fold into mixture and stir well.
- Lightly spray waffle maker with cooking spray or use butter (if needed).
- Cook waffles until they reach a nice golden color and are completely cooked through.
- Top each waffle with whipped cream, sliced peaches and maple syrup.
