Consumers love our grapes; in fact, many even take the time to write us raving about the amazing sweetness of Prima grapes. Why such a loyal following? It begins with late-season harvesting, after our grapes have been on the vine for as long as possible to develop a high sugar content. It continues with our location in California’s San Joaquin Valley, where abundant sunshine is balanced by cool nights. It’s even found in our practice of flood irrigation, which produces sweeter, more flavorful berries. The result is grapes so sweet, they get fan mail!
